Personality Development

Personal development is a holistic psychical-spiritual process. ‘Spiritual’ always refers to values and meaning beyond the materialistic world. The psychical reality is the field of personal development. Human behavior is mostly tied to the individual psychical-spiritual state of a person, the result of countless forming processes since the prenatal time. The highest aim is a well-balanced development of all psychical forces, including basic patterns of dealing with life and people, towards efficiency, quality and wholeness.
