HR Development & Training
This course provides an insight into the essential functions of human resource development and training as well as career development while addressing the organizational development activities and processes that assist the organization in becoming a evolving organization. The course gives students the insight into the various training and development programs and techniques used today as well as providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to assist them in identifying the types of learners and methods to efficiently address different learning styles.
Communication & Negotiation in Employee Relations
This course gives students the indispensable skills to lead negotiations and communications with employees and employers, business negotiators (salary, budget, labor, etc.) efficiently. Students gain a practical insight into labor relations and issues which are played out using various formats including role-plays.
People Management
This course looks at the most important asset of every organization; people. Students are provided with the insight into how Human Resource Management (HRM) and the context of HRM from a comparative perspective are used to understand the management of human resources as well as the factors that shape this process.
Personality Development
Personal development is a holistic psychical-spiritual process. ‘Spiritual’ always refers to values and meaning beyond the materialistic world. The psychical reality is the field of personal development. Human behavior is mostly tied to the individual psychical-spiritual state of a person, the result of countless forming processes since the prenatal time. The highest aim is a well-balanced development of all psychical forces, including basic patterns of dealing with life and people, towards efficiency, quality and wholeness.
