The Master of Arts Programs of Marbella University for Education and Religions aim to form a new generation of professionals with vanguard visions, the right knowledge and the efficient skills to educate, guide, provide advice, support and teach people for hope, for a better life, for love, for the truth, for satisfaction of their genuine inner needs, for efficient spirituality, for happiness, for abilities to achieve fulfillment with the “Spiritual Intelligence” and the Archetypes of the Soul.

The MA programs are full-time one academic year (3 trimesters of 10 weeks each).The MA program at Marbella University is taught entirely in English. Classes are held from Monday-Friday.

The MBA programs at Marbella University entail a vanguard approach to international business with a strong focus on “human factors” and the complexity of today’s global business world.

The “human factor” is both cause and solution of all problems business people will have to face today, tomorrow and throughout their entire career. Most politicians and business people have no comprehensive knowledge of the situation of the people; they still have an idea of mankind from the middle Ages. Most politicians and business people are unable to think in complex networks, oriented in the past and the future. The majority of the business world has been poisoned by exaggeration, understating, sweet talking, lies, deceit, cheat, fraud, seduction, manipulation, and distortion. There are hundreds of thousands of leaders that act with megalomania, paternalism, extreme greed, stubbornness, sick narcissism, arrogance, falseness, scrupulousness, perversion, amorality or political lunacy.

The first two trimesters provide students with the core elements and skills required to understand master’s level business concepts. The final trimester allows for every student to select their area of specialization.
